It was a year when Spider-Peter was a carefree kid on campus. In that year, Osborn had not yet become the Green Goblin. In that year, young Tony Stark was still having fun and drinking recklessly. In that year, Magneto and Professor X were fighting for the rights of mutants, and their philosophies were at odds. Sometimes they joined forces, sometimes they were at each other's throats, they loved each other and killed each other. That year, Fury was still planning for his super soldiers and the Avengers program, and the militaries of various countries had never stopped their super soldier programs to cope with the various threats that arose.
